Hot Off the Press
2005 has started with a bang! After much planning, consulting, brainstorming and construction work, Eastside is finally off to a big start. We welcome old faces and new to be part of this vibrant community arts centre.

The big news is that as of 1 April Eastside will have two state-of-the-art performance venues up and running and a diverse program of performances, workshops and events. Read on!
----------------------------------------------------------------
New Faces
Arts Manager Carol Hirt celebrates 10 years at Eastside this year. In 2005 she is joined by three fresh (ish) faces.

Justo Diaz has recently commenced as Artist-in-Residence and is in the throes of planning a year crammed with musical activities. Stay tuned (!) for details. This position is thanks to funding received from the NSW Ministry for the Arts. Also on board are Christina Mimmocchi (as general stuff-doer and singing projects) and Greg Bull (folk/acoustic concerts).
