Looking for a song

When I was a kid I had an old 78 recording of a song called "I said my pyjamas". I would love to get hold of a recording and/or music for this song. Can anyone help?
I've searched on the Net and it seems that both Tony Martin and Doris Day have sung it - perhaps they sang it as a duet on my old 78! However, I haven't been able to find an audio recording of it or the music.

Once I changed my spelling of pyjamas to pajamas (humph!) I eventually found a few recordings on the Net and consequently transcribed it. You can download a copy of the score from here.
