Konfusion
Trio which has a fun look at the dark side of the human condition

By Leila Desborough
Posted Saturday, April 8, 2006

Drawing on the traditions of their Australian, American and Irish homelands and on those of 'who knows where else', the main goal of this trio is to do something "different". Konfusion brings humour and drama to the stage through their own original songs and through little known songs from around the world. Konfusion will entertain with guitar, banjo, bodhran and with any number of whangy, twangy and bangy things.

Konfusion also has a special interest in bringing folk music, poetry and stories to young audiences through interactive performances full of gags, songs and antics designed to get all age adults and kids actively involved in the crazy stories unfolding on stage.

Their latest themed show:

Of Death, Drink and Debauchery

Presenting their themed show "Of Death, Drink and Debauchery", Konfusion will focus on the dark side of the human condition, but will be sure to have some humour thrown in for good measure. You never know what twists and turns they will take.

The audience is encouraged to participate in their crooked path of song, rhyme and poetry, if they dare . . .
