Snez

Multi-award winning artist & fresh new talent in the independent music scene, SNEZ has never been afraid to put her heart on her sleeve. Celebrating 18 months of success off the back of her critically acclaimed debut album ‘Gypsy Soul’; Snez spent most of 2010 touring Australia, venturing into regional areas in NT, WA, SA as well as the East coast with her co-writer, producer and guitarist, Stewart Peters - squeezing their world into a van for months at a time & loving every minute of it!

  • Top 5 Finalist of the ABC Radio Acoustica Competition
  • Finalist for the International songwriting Competition 2011
  • Finalist for the Australian Songwriting Contest 2008, 2009, 2010
  • Top 12 Finalist of the Gibraltar Song Festival Contest
  • Awarded Best International Pop Artist – Toronto Music Magazine Awards
  • Winner of the Blue Mountains Acoustic & Roots Competition
"We often have singer/songwriters come in and you think …it’s a cookie cutter, it’s same songs about girls and cars…but [with Snez] it is very personal; Snez's music is very emotional"
[Genevieve Jacobs, ABC Canberra]

". . . That bloody Peter Pan song (Never Grow Old) . . . up there with any song I’ve EVER heard live . . . the audience went berserk!"
[Jeff Cripps, Blues Producer of the Year]
Optional donation: $25/$15
