Jam - the 'do-it-yourself' web site for NSW folkies!

SELALU at The Merry Muse
9pm, Friday 9th May 2008

By Trevor Swadling
Posted Saturday, March 15, 2008

Honest infectious music with a sound inspired by a range of traditional styles but put together in a unique way using acoustic guitars, bass, mandolin and great harmonies. Selalu takes its audiences on a journey with a diversity of original songs that are strong, thoughtful, melodic and moving.

Supported by Geoffrey Graham - 8.00pm

The great grandson of a gold digger, Geoffrey W Graham, has discovered gold of his own. The rich veins of verse and song from Traditional writers have led to Geoffrey becoming immersed in performance as a career.

As a theatrical communicator he weaves music, bush verse and comedy, into mesmerising performance. His down-to-earth entertainment touches the hearts of even the cynical amongst us.
