Winners' circle of this year's BBC2 Folk Awards - prepared and presented by John Penhallow. These Annual Awards for excellence in performance, songwriting, recording and musicianship were announced on February 12. The nominees included Eliza Carthy, daughter of past Award recipients, Martin Carthy MBE and Norma Waterson MBE. It will be a "best of the best of 2005" in Traditional & Contemporary Folk Music from the British Isles.
