Popular folk band Wheelers and Dealers returns to the Zenith Theatre to perform their Celtic Crossings show.

Fresh from a month-long tour of Queensland, Wheelers and Dealers’ high quality live performances have put them at the forefront of the contemporary folk scene. From Henry Lawson’s wry reflections on bush life in 19th century Australia, to Scottish murder ballads, Appalachian mountain music and the passionate dance music of Ireland, the band will take you on an unforgettable journey through the lush Celtic musical landscape in all its incarnations.

Featuring the renowned fiddle playing of Mike Kerin, the powerful rock-influenced guitar of Ged Corben, the percussive upright bass of Michael Vidale, the evocative accordion of Tinker Duffy and the malt whisky vocals of acclaimed folk singer Christine Wheeler, the band has accompanied some of the world’s great musicians over the years including the late activist songwriter Alistair Hulett and the great country rock guitarist Albert Lee.
