Zenith Theatre
McIntosh Street
Chatswood (Sydney)

It has been an interesting year of varied musical side- projects for the members of u.e. Paul recently went to Singapore to play banjo with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, Larry has been working with a band playing distortion citern with sirrodh, tablas and western rhythm section and Ann has been arranging for and rehearsing a vocal ensemble.

Amongst all this, urban excentrics have had a diverse musical year - to their unusual instrumental line-up, they have added the unique vocals of Ben Palumbo and have done range of gigs from French songs for an Aust/French cultural exchange art exhibition, an Irish heritage concert(drawing on Ann's background) and a Great Gatsby Party with music from the era.

The concert at the Zenith Theatre came from the opening of the Willoughby Spring Fair where they were invited to do a show at the Zenith.
It will be oriented to music off their latest cd, original material and some arrangements of jazz songs.

Special guests will be dancer Paul Cordeiro, resident choreographer Lion King, Philippa Tomkins, principal violin Willoughby Symphony and the Willoughby Mayor Pat Reilly has offered to open the show if his schedule allows.

Tickets: $25/$15
Ticketmaster 136100,
