Two opportunities to enjoy music with Gael mor

Floor spots also available.

This event is FREE!

Join us if you enjoy Irish Music or would like to present a floor spot.

The Shamrock Inn, which is an Irish Pub in Asquith Leagues Club, Alexander Parade Waitara hosts Irish Sundays every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from mid-day through to 3pm. The “Shamrock” is a great venue, just like a traditional pub you’d find anywhere in Ireland with its superb attention to detail and décor, and the acoustics are just wonderful.

The afternoon features songs & tunes from resident Irish duo, Gael mόr and you’re welcome to come along and enjoy the music, sing-a-long in the chorus songs, and there’s plenty of those, or do a floor spot or just sit and enjoy a pint. Asquith Leagues Club is easily accessible by public transport. Take the north shore line and alight at Waitara Station. Exit left into Alexandra Parade and the Club and Shamrock Inn are 100yards on the left and you don’t need to be a member to come along. There are also BBQ facilities on offer or very reasonably priced hearty meals from the Bistro.

If you’re interested in a floor spot it's best to contact Pam Merrigan 9489 5786 prior to the day to avoid disappointment. Email for info.
