  • Wheeze & Suck Band (Ian Macintosh, Nigel Walters, Johnny Milce, Geoff Woodhead, Tony Pyrzakowski)
    Such festival favourites as the 'Wheezers' are a musical treat not to be missed! Catch them prior to playing at Port Fairy and the National folk festival's. A lively and theatrical band of energetic performers drawing on their English musical heritage, present an irresistible selection of traditional and original tunes & songs featuring 4 part harmony. A unique and delightfully entertaining experience! Coming and see what everyone is raving about.
  • Ange Takats - Multi award winning folk singer Ange Takats possesses a wonderfully soulful voice described as Joan Baez meets Gillian Welch. Her original material and engaging musical style has acquired a steady following at folk festivals. Her album Aniseed Tea has featured as album of the week on ABC's Radio National. Musical storytelling at it's very best!
  • My Wife Deidre (Steve McDonald, Miguel Heatwole, Col Bernau, Rita and James Gibson)
    My Wife Deirdre is very tasteful, has the energy of five, and loves stringing together elements of Celtic, U.S.American and Australian musical culture to create beautiful and thoughtful works. You’ll like her!

Fairlight folk acoustic lounge is a not for profit venue run by musicians for musicians.Run quarterly for the past 4 years ,FFAL has seen performances from many fine interstate and international performers and has become a greatly anticipated event. With a candle lit ambience and red leather lounges, cafe style seating and lovely acoustics this gallery/church in Fairlight is a BYOG affair. Tea,coffee and soft drinks available.
